1. Create and Complete order:

Choose pattern and product that you wish to be dipped.

2. Print order:

After completing the order, please print out the receipt. We ask that you send the receipt with the product to prevent any confusion.

3. Prepare item for shipping:

SHOTGUNS: Ship gun in one piece.

RIFLES: Ship gun in one piece.

Ship or package in its original box or a size that is similar to it.

Important: YOUR RECEIPT MUST BE INCLUDED WITH YOUR ITEMS!

Upon receiving your package we closely inspect all packages. If there are any noticeable damage to the  shipping carton (outside of carton) we will then inspect the item for damages. If damages are visible we will  notify you so that you can contact the carrier for any matters concerning insurance coverage or liability.

Return Shipping:When your item is shipped back to you we will contact you by phone or email with UPS or  FEDEX tracking number.
